Anchored Psychiatry exists to offer one-stop, comprehensive Adult ADHD care. Developed by Ashley Cummings, ARNP and operated solely by her, Anchored eliminates the need for multiple appointments with various providers, inconsistent treatment plans that contradict each other, and judgmental not-so-therapeutic relationships between you and those who are supposed to be helping you succeed. Plus, by having a single provider who you trust, you also save money!
The goal of Anchored is to work in partnership with you to develop a full-service plan that often includes: thorough assessment; DSM-V criteria-based diagnosis; management of co-occurring disorders; medication and supplements; psychotherapy; executive functioning and skills training; and goal development and support in achieving them.
