- Dr. Shelli Jackson – Adult ADHD Psychologist @ Aim to Thrive (in-person and virtual; PSYPACT-credentialed)
Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to. I help adults manage ADHD with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Using CBT, ACT, executive functioning coaching, and Cogmed, I work with clients to reduce overwhelm, build practical strategies, and shift patterns that no longer serve them.
We’ll focus on:
- Developing a compassionate view of yourself and your ADHD
- Improving executive functioning skills
- Navigating life transitions and challenges—college, career, relationships, work-life balance
- Managing setbacks and stressors
- Setting and progressing toward goals that align with your strengths and values
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have lived with ADHD for years, you don’t have to do it alone.
A Targeted Option for Improving Attention and Focus
In addition to therapy, I offer Cogmed, a digital program designed to improve attention and focus by strengthening working memory—your brain’s ability to hold and use information in real time. Since working memory is often weak for those with ADHD, Cogmed helps reduce the impact of symptoms in day-to-day life.
About Me
I am a Licensed Health Service Psychologist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider with over 20 years of experience. In addition to treating adult ADHD, I focus on non-trauma-related anxiety and work as an executive coach/organizational consultant for business leaders and entrepreneurs. As a spouse and parent of loved ones with ADHD, I know firsthand the challenges and strengths ADHD brings.
Telehealth & Getting Started
I offer in-person sessions in Oklahoma and telehealth in PSYPACT-enacted states. If you’re curious about working together and want more information, visit www.aimtothrivenow.com.
