Julia Mullins is an executive coach focused on leaders with ADHD. Based in Delaware, she serves clients locally and across time zones via Zoom.
Julia is a PCC-level ICF-credentialed executive coach, and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Charter Chapter. She is also a member of ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) and Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA).
Julia earned an MBA from Penn State, and certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, and Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan. She’s also became a Certified Group Coach via Group Coaching HQ, and completed ADHD-specific coach education from ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
Julia focuses on the critical intersection of leadership development, executive+ADHD coaching, and neuroinclusive design in the workplace. Beyond one-on-one coaching, she facilitates her cohort-based Lead with ADHD™ program, speaks on ADHD in the workplace and neuroinclusive leadership.
