Katelyn brings expertise in learning experience design, digital media, and organizational growth, and is dedicated to building accessible and inclusive experiences that strengthen teams and create real-world impact for adults with ADHD and the broader neurodivergent community.

She holds a master’s degree in Learning Experience Design & Educational Technology and a bachelor’s degree Psychology, is a Certified Mastery Health and Life Coach, and holds a Project Management certification. Katelyn is especially passionate about serving the underserved, a commitment that began in the early part of her career as a social worker. Today, she leverages Universal Design for Learning (UDL), andragogy, and adult learning principles to shape strategies that remove barriers before they occur and ensure every learning experience is inclusive, relevant, and practical.

As a leader, Katelyn believes that clarity is kind, strategy is essential, and clear roadmaps and processes are the foundation for success. She is recognized for blending empathy with evidence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and guiding teams to deliver programs that are both impactful and sustainable.

Outside of her volunteer work, she serves as the Director of Digital Media, Learning Experience, and Strategic Growth, where she oversees initiatives that integrate innovation, strategy, and process improvement to strengthen client engagement and drive organizational growth.

Beyond her professional and volunteer commitments, Katelyn is an advocate for accessibility and inclusion, an innovator in digital media and learning strategy, and the proud dog mom to a sweet (and sassy) Frenchton pup 🐾. She treasures time with her family, enjoys unplugged vacations that allow her to reset, and finds grounding in nature as a way to restore balance and creativity. She believes in bringing kindness and inclusion into every space she enters.
