As the year winds down, many ADHD adults feel pressure to power through, catch up, or “finish strong.” It’s OK to Be Done offers a different path. Linda Roggli helps attendees release unrealistic expectations and make space for rest, honesty, and self-acceptance. This session pushes back against burnout culture and gives people permission to close the year in a way that feels human—not hurried.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize when “doing less” is the healthy choice — and release the pressure to power through the end of the year
- Understand and validate year-end overwhelm so it doesn’t turn into guilt or self-criticism
- Shift from productivity-driven expectations to self-compassion so you can close the year feeling steady, not stressed
