Families with one or more members with an ADD/ADHD diagnosis may find it challenging to maintain a semblance of an orderly, chaos-free lifestyle. It’s not hard to imagine that clutter and disorganization manage to show up in various areas of the home (including garage and car!) and will often lend to feelings of frustration and anxiety, leading to yelling and fighting and at that point, no one in the family can possibly be happy. Overcoming daily obstacles can be an obstacle in itself. At best, it is difficult to find organizing methods for individuals and families dealing with non-traditional ways of being in the world. This workshop will address alternative ways of de-cluttering and organizing for those who may not be served by the mainstream solutions.
