Kristen is an IFS-informed, certified, ADHD coach who supports adults navigating late diagnosis, entrepreneurial challenges, and the daily realities of ADHD and executive function. Her parts-aware, strengths-based style helps clients understand their internal world, reduce self-pressure, and build strategies that genuinely fit how they work.
Kristen’s lived experience as a late-diagnosed ADHDer, freelancer, and single parent deeply informs her coaching. She partners with clients who are curious, open to experimenting, and ready to create change that aligns with their values.
She is also a mentor coach, committed to supporting future coaches and contributing to meaningful growth within the ADHD community.
