Resilience is the ability to recover from adverse events. People with ADHD experience adverse events more than most. Our ability to be resilient is based on the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, our relationships and the events that occur in the environment. And resilience can be learned and developed. In the webinar, we will discuss the attributes that in my research have shown to have the greatest effect on resilience and discuss ways to develop these attributes.
