With a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and societal dynamics, IngerShaye supports Black Women through empowerment and fostering an environment that acts as a safe and judgment-free zone where women can thrive. She offers the benefits of professional expertise with a lifetime of lived experience. She is the Founder of the ADHD Black Professionals Alliance. A nonprofit organization for Black People with ADHD and the Black Professionals who work with us. The Alliance provides education, impactful strategies, and resources to improve the lives of Black people with ADHD.
