When is it time for an ADHD diagnosis? You think you might have ADHD. You’re considering getting an official diagnosis, but how do you know when it’s truly the time to go get one? Can it wait? Or is it urgent?

Some people might seek out an ADHD diagnosis as soon as they are aware they might have ADHD. For others, it can take hitting rock bottom to push them into getting a diagnosis. That’s why getting an official ADHD diagnosis is so important. If you don’t know what’s going on in your life, you’ll be stuck in a cycle of demoralization and frustration.

I love this topic if I was searching for answers to why my life has gone so off course and how I view myself I would of defiantly searched looking at ADHD as the cause
