Shari Grande, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist, Certified ADHD and Parent Coach who has dedicated over 20 years to the of support individuals with ADHD. Ms. Grande counsels clients who struggle with career optimization, in many cases due to (undiagnosed) ADHD based performance issues. Shari’s therapeutic approach is strength-based, focused on creating change, allowing her to help those who may not have been helped by other therapeutic approaches in the past. Ms. Grande specializes in assisting people with ADHD related anger issues and those in recovery from substance and/or food, weight and body image issues through evidence-based modalities tailored to the individual, including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
