For over 18 years, I have successfully supported the needs of all students as a classroom teacher. Now, as a trained ADHD coach through JST and ADDCA, I provide client-centered ADHD and executive function coaching to help clients get a little less stuck in their pursuit of their goals. As your coach I will:*Help you fine tune your personal, academic, or professional goals *Identify and support areas of growth for you to progress towards your goals *Provide accountability, guidance, and encouragement along the way! As your coach, I will support you through a self-discovery process to help you build systems and structures and grow in organizational skill development to help you achieve your goals.
